Do the Hustle!

Pick out the shirt with the biggest collar, blowout your hair and hit the dance floor at Fred Astaire Boise this spring – the Hustle is the Fred Astaire Boise Studio Member Group Class on April 10 and 30!

A partner version of disco dancing, this dance style is a great one to master whether you want to expand your social dancing repertoire or just keep fit and active dancing in your kitchen. It’s also a great dance to have in your back pocket during wedding season! 

Hustle has its roots in dance styles you might already know, like the Cha-Cha, Foxtrot, Swing and Tango. The dance has 4-count and 3-count variations, but however you dance it, it’s undeniably fun!

Did You Know?

The Hustle was famously depicted in the movie Saturday Night Fever, which featured both the line dance and partner versions of Hustle.
